This session will review the purpose and the construction of well designed rubrics – the purposes – the development of task specific rubrics – the connection to the achievement chart in each subject discipline and the use of rubrics in student evaluation.
The use of an exemplar rubric will demonstrate a well designed rubric and subsequently examine the relationship with Learning Goals and Success Criteria in teachers’ lesson plans.
This webinar is designed to clarify the relationship between Learning Goals, Success Criteria and the Assessment and Evaluation of students.
At the conclusion of this webinar, teachers will be able to write Success Criteria for their lesson plans with new clarity in the process of planning and the implementation of planning in their courses of study.
